La Botega di Carilius stems from Raffaella’s desire to create a place that embodies the essence of her label, Carilius Wine, combined with the magnificence of the Valpolicella: a small corner nestled in stone, in Bure di San Pietro in Cariano, in the heart of Valpolicella Classica.
Every single wall of the Botega is the result of work done with passion: the stone protruding from the walls was freed by hand, giving life to a distinctive space – a material expression of the values of simplicity and hospitality.
Inside you can join guided tastings of Valpolicella wines – Amarone Classico DOCG, Valpolicella Classico DOC and Corvina IGT – paired with boards of local cured meats and cheeses, or simply stop by for an aperitif. A community space where you can gather and experience the beauty of the Valpolicella, just steps away from the rooms of B&B La Caminella.
